Multi-year support for community organisations currently funded from April 2025 to August 2028
The initial 18-month contract focused on supporting communities at a range of different stages who were interested in delivering community-led housing (CLH). There was also wider value discussions with local stakeholders.
The next 2-years, from August 2026, will help to refine the projects identified, assist groups in securing external funding and developing feasibility work (housing needs assessments and strategy support).
